Our story

Vite Fix started small — one van and years of hands-on repair experience built up before the company even existed. The first jobs were almost all washing machines: drum bearings, drain pumps, control boards, the usual household calls across Montreal. From there the work expanded naturally — dryers came next, then fridges, dishwashers and ranges, until we were the kind of shop that could open the door and fix whatever was broken inside.

In 2022 we crossed the bridge and opened service in Laval, and earlier this year we took our first calls from Longueuil. Along the way we earned factory certifications for the brands we work on most — Bosch, GE, LG, Samsung and Frigidaire — and built relationships with parts distributors so we could stock common failures right on the van. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a full team of eight experienced technicians, each one trained across every appliance category instead of being stuck on a single specialty.

How we work

Every repair starts with a free diagnostic and a written quote. No surprise charges at the door. No vague timelines. No upselling parts that aren't broken. If a job can be fixed on the first visit, we fix it. If it can't, we explain exactly what's needed and when — no stalling on "we'll have to order parts." Every repair leaves with a 90-day warranty.

The goal isn't to chase volume. It's to do work that earns a callback two years later when the next appliance breaks down.
