Repair Warranty

90

Days

Every repair we complete comes with a 90-day warranty. If the same fault returns within 90 days of our visit, call us — we'll come back at no charge to inspect and finish the job. Your original invoice is your proof of repair; no paperwork to fill out.

What's covered

  • The specific part we repaired

Any part we replaced or fixed during the original visit is covered for 90 days.

  • Labor for the same fault

If the same problem reappears within 90 days, our return visit and labor are free.

What's not covered

  • Other parts of the appliance

The warranty applies only to the component we worked on. A different part failing later is a separate repair.

  • Issues after the 90-day window

Anything that appears more than 90 days after the original repair is handled as a new service call.

  • Clogs and blockages

Drain clogs, hose blockages and lint build-up are maintenance issues, not repair failures — not covered.

  • Misuse or user-caused damage

Damage from incorrect use, overloading, harsh chemicals, power surges or external water leaks is not covered.

  • Foreign objects in mechanical parts

If coins, bones, screws or any other object damages pumps, motors or moving parts, the warranty doesn't apply.

  • A different fault needing a new part

If the appliance breaks with a different problem that requires a new component, it's a new repair — we'll quote it fairly, but it's outside the original warranty.

How to claim the warranty

Just call us at (514) 613-5506 and tell us the date of the original repair and what's happening now. We'll schedule a return visit within the warranty window — usually the same day if you call in the morning. Your invoice from the first visit is your proof of repair; no extra forms, no warranty cards, no fine print to dig through.
