These Terms & Conditions govern the appliance repair services provided by Vite Fix across Greater Montreal, Laval and Longueuil. By booking a service appointment, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Vite Fix provides in-home diagnostic, repair and parts replacement for residential appliances within our service area. Every visit starts with a free diagnostic, followed by a written quote. No repair work begins without your approval.
Appointments can be booked online or by phone at (111) 111-1111. We confirm the visit by phone, text or email. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a service-call fee of $125.
Our technician will inspect the appliance and provide a written quote covering parts and labor. If you decline the quote, you owe nothing — the diagnostic is free. If you approve, payment is due in full upon completion of the repair.
We accept credit cards, debit, e-transfer and cash. Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added to all invoices. Overdue amounts are subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% per year).
Every completed repair includes a 90-day warranty covering the specific part we repaired or replaced and the labor for that repair. Full warranty terms, including what's not covered, are available on our Warranty page.
Service is provided only when:
If these conditions are not met, our technician may refuse to perform the service. A service-call fee may still apply.
To the extent permitted by law, Vite Fix is not liable for:
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service.
We stock common failure parts on the van for same-day repair. For less common parts, we order from manufacturer-approved distributors. If a part is unavailable or no longer produced, we will inform you and refund any diagnostic or labor charges related to work that cannot be completed.
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor actions or government restrictions.
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and applicable federal law. Full details are available on our Privacy Policy page.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
