Same-day Samsung service across Montreal, Laval and Longueuil. Family Hub, Bespoke or standard — from frozen ice makers to SE touch panel errors, we fix it.
From frozen ice makers to SE touch panel errors — our technicians know every Samsung appliance line, error code and replacement part, with same-day service across Greater Montreal.
Samsung Family Hub, Bespoke and Twin Cooling Plus fridges — we know the famous ice maker freezing issues, the 22 E and 41 E error codes, and every quirk of FlexZone drawers across French-door and side-by-side models.
Ice maker freezes into a solid block
The most-reported Samsung fridge fault and the subject of class-action lawsuits. Insulation gaps let warm air into the ice room — cubes melt, refreeze, and jam the auger solid.
Loud fan noise from the freezer
The evaporator fan blade is hitting frost build-up around it, or the fan motor bearings have worn. Often appears after a defrost cycle failed to clear the back wall.
22 E or 41 E error on the display
22 E means the fridge fan is blocked or its motor failed. 41 E points to a problem with the dispenser heater that's supposed to keep ice from sticking in the chute.
Water leaking inside the fridge cavity
Clogged defrost drain at the back of the fridge compartment. Water from the auto-defrost cycle has nowhere to go and pools under the crisper drawers.
Compartments cooling at different rates
Twin Cooling Plus damper failed or the second evaporator fan stopped working. One side reaches temperature while the other stays warm or freezes everything.
Samsung VRT, AddWash, FlexWash and EcoBubble laundry — we handle drum bearings, drain pumps, door locks and the heat sensors on DryDress and OptiCare dryers.
5E or drain error mid-wash
Drain pump impeller jammed by lint, debris, or a small piece of clothing. Sometimes the drain hose itself is kinked behind the washer or clogged with detergent residue.
Washer rocks and shakes hard on spin
Vibration Reduction Technology relies on healthy suspension rods and shock absorbers. When they wear out, the drum slams the cabinet sides at every high-RPM spin.
AddWash mini-door won't latch closed
The small door latch sensor failed or the magnet inside the door weakened over time. The main wash cycle won't start because the washer thinks the door is still open.
Dryer shows HE error or won't heat
HE means a heating element fault or a tripped thermal fuse. Usually triggered by a clogged exhaust vent that overheated the drum and shut the heater off for safety.
DC or uE code mid-cycle
DC means the load is unbalanced — common after washing a single heavy item like a comforter. uE is the same fault on top-loader Samsung washers with a different display.
Samsung StormWash, Linear Wash and WaterWall dishwashers with AutoRelease door — we fix drain motors, leak sensors, spray arm motors and the steam wash heating coils.
LC or LE leak error code
The leak sensor at the base of the dishwasher tripped. Could be an actual drip from the door seal, sump or hose — or a faulty sensor that needs replacing after years of damp air.
Dishes still dirty after a full cycle
Spray arms clogged with food debris, the wash motor lost pressure, or the WaterWall scanning bar jammed and didn't sweep across the dishes properly.
Water sitting at the bottom after cycle
Drain pump motor burned out or the drain hose is plugged with grease and food waste. Sometimes the food chopper blade is dull and packs the pump intake.
Dishwasher won't start, panel unresponsive
Failed touch control board or a stuck button. Samsung touch panels are sensitive to moisture and steam leaking up from a worn door gasket over the years.
AutoRelease door won't pop open at end
The door release actuator burned out or its linkage broke. Dishes never dry properly because the steam stays trapped inside the tub at the end of every cycle.
Samsung Dual Cook Flexion ranges, Virtual Flame induction cooktops and gas / electric slide-ins — we fix the famous SE touch errors, convection motors and self-clean door latches.
SE or 5E touch panel error
Samsung's most common range fault. Moisture got behind the membrane touch panel and shorts the buttons. The oven beeps constantly and refuses to respond to any input.
Oven won't reach the set temperature
Burned-out bake or broil element on electric ovens. On gas models, the igniter has weakened and no longer draws enough current to open the safety valve fully.
Induction zone shows C-21 or C-d1
The cooktop's internal temperature sensor is over-temp or short-circuited. Usually caused by a damaged ribbon cable running between the glass surface and the control board.
Dual Cook Flexion divider doesn't seal
The divider gasket warped or the magnetic locking plates lost their grip. Heat leaks between the upper and lower cavities, ruining the dual-cook function entirely.
Self-clean cycle locked the door shut
The motorized door latch overheated during the high-heat cycle and got stuck. The oven cooled down hours ago but the latch motor won't release without replacement.
